Description:
Pork Tenderloin loaded with fresh chopped garlic in a marinade that has mustard, honey and lemon, with a mustard sauce on the side. Full size serves 4-6. Half size serves 2-3.
Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely in refrigerator.
Remove pork from marinade and place on a lightly greased rack in a roasting pan. (Line the pan with foil to make cleanup easier).
Broil for 5 minutes about 6" from heat, then reduce oven temperature to 425 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake about 15 minutes more, or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
While meat is roasting, stir 1/3 cup mayonnaise into the sauce mixture and put in a small serving bowl.
Slice the pork tenderloin and drizzle the sauce over the top.
