Chili Mac (Oven)

Description:

Chili Mac is one of our favorite comfort foods combining macaroni and cheese with a  bit of chili.   Once a favorite for children whose appeal extends well into adulthood. Full size only.  Serves 6-8

Cooking Instructions

Adjust an oven rack to the middle position and heat the oven 400 degrees.  Remove the plastic wrap and cover tightly with foil. Bake until the mixture hot and bubbling, 40 to 45 minutes.  Remove the foil and continue to cook until the cheese begins to brown, 5 to 10 minutes longer.  Cool for 10 minutes before serving. 

FOR FROZEN:
