Thaw completely in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place contents of bag into a greased baking dish with chicken placed skin side up. Roast the chicken in the center of the oven. Baste with pan sauce 4-5 times and cook for 30-40 minutes or until done (juices run clear when pierced with a knife, or internal temperature of the breast is at its thickest point, being sure to avoid any bone, reads 165 degrees. Chicken should be just cooked through and appear nicely glazed.
