Greek Lasagna Rolls (Oven)

Description:

If you're looking for an interesting variation on the usual pan lasagna, these rolls will be a treat!  Each noodle is filled with feta, parmesan, asiago and spinach topped with a homemade marinara sauce.  Full serves 4-6.  Half serves 2-3.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator if necessary.

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.  Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until center is hot and cheese is melted.

Let cool for 5 minutes.
